I ship everything within 5 business days. If I'm out of town for a convention and shipping will be delayed I will contact you.
International buyers
Buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

If you decline to pay customs fees, have the package returned. A refund will be issued minus my cost for shipping. A receipt with my cost for shipping will be provided which in most cases will be more expensive than the buyer paid due to discounted shipping rates I provide to international buyers.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If the item is lost or damaged it will be replaced. If damaged please send pictures so I can file a claim with the insurance.
Additional
I charge $600 for custom drawing. All drawings are 5"x11" and come framed.
